I think that title sounds vaguely familiar. I think its from D-styles Phantazmagoria album.

Peeped It Yo Intro Seemed A Tad Bit To Long And The Track Was Real Repetitive . You Need To Throw Some Changeups In There. I See The Direction You Going With It Tho Keep It Up

DJ Paul and Juicy J have done this same beat(more southern though), they had some samples from the movie Candyman thrown in as well. Beat sounds ok.
