clearing a sample

Hey i been doing some research lately on the topic after hearing about beatmakers gettting a song idea snatched..( i think that was beat) anyway i found this site to be helpful in understanding the process that one needs to go through.

The site is for those in britan so some things don't apply but the overall process is more what i was interested in.

Talking Definitely on point

All you young'in better take head on this one, this is where your music becomes serious cause ain't nothin sadder than a young producer who's just starting out getting raped by some record company cause he do his/her homework on their music.

Good shit man! (and i don't even curse often, so you know im really feelin this)
