SPD-11 Total Percussion Pad Q

I think I need the original power supply (Boss BRA 12v 500ma)in order for my pad to work. Guitar Center told me to try Roland. Their web site has NO tech support or anyway to e-mail them for any kind of order. Does anyone have info on how I can get this power supply? I have a simular one (Radio Shack) and it's, I think, causing an error message and I get no sounds!
