Switching out Tubes on ART Products (thought I posted this this AM)

Has anybody here put different tubes in ART products?
If so, can you share your swap info and results?
I have a GOLD MPA, Pro VLA and a Tube MP Studio.....
Thanks,
BG/HSG
PS-for the 2 people who gave me 2 red chicklets for being overly pro sE Electronics and not leaving their names (Puss ees) , here is an ART posting

Yes

I've rolled tubes through Tube MP's, Levelar's, and Tube PAC's

I find that the optical compressor circuits really come into their own with NOS 12AT7's or a nice 5751 tube.

The Tube MP's are now equipped with either Groove's or NOS GE 12AX7's - nice tones right now.

I just popped NOS GE 12AT7s into my Digital MPA, but I haven't given them a critical listen yet. In my old ART Dual MP, I found that the tube made a pretty big difference in the quality of distortion when you cranked the tube gain, but there was no method to the madness--one vintage GE could be good, one bad, other brands too, even if they scored about the same on a tube tester.

DC-XPL is on a distinguished road
I put a NOS Tungsram 12AX7 in my humble Tube MP. It made it quieter and gave it a bigger, warmer low end. I don't think it was a HUGE difference in tone, but whatever helps right? I'm perfectly happy using it as a DI for bass guitar and to mic guitar amps. It gets bashed around here quite a bit, but I've yet to have a layperson listen to my tracks and say "you know it's a good song, but it would sound SO much better if you used a Great River on the vocals"

Agreed...I also like mine for acoustic guitar and congas.
