I have a NEW INBOX IBM ThinkPad SKU# 266844U for sale. It has only been opened to add 512MB of RAM for a total for 1Gig. It still needs to be turned on and configured.

Intel Pentium M Processor 750
CPU speed = 1.86 GHz
Finger print reader
CD-RW/DVD-ROM
RAM = 1.024 MB
HD = 40GB
