VSTi ...
I got the LM-9 that came with my copy of Cubasis VST to work in N-Track, but the LM-4 only works with Cubasis, the interface has the script under the pads all garbled up (e.g. rather than Bass drum, snare, hi-hat, etc all you see is xxxx xxxx xxxx) ... any reason for this?

Certain plug-ins only work with certain hosts. Nothing you can do about that.
I have CubaseSE and whenever I start N I get a number of messages that "This plug-in will only work with Cubase" as N tries to load up Steinies plugs. Sony's Soundforge is the same way; most of it's plugs are only designed to work as off-line processes in Soundforge and will give you problems if you try to use them in a sequencer in real-time. |
