Acid Music Studio 6 Vocal Recording Question
With Music Studio, is there a way to hear effects (primarily reverb) through the headphones during a vocal recording? Or is this accomplished through hardware?
It seems that I can "get into" a performance more easily if there was a little bit of reverb, instead of the monitored vocals being completely dry. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced. |

re:Acid Music Studio 6 Vocal Recording Question
Not usually through the program.
Depending on what soundcard your using - you may be able to put an effect like reverb through another software (recorder) and record your vocals normally while your hearing the effect. Then you can put the effects on your vocal tracks later. As for "realtime effects" with acid. I'm pretty sure that you cannot until after you record the track.

Yeah, in Acid you can't add reverb untill the track has been recorded. You're probably going to have to buy some hardware to do that.
