It is about editing a post...I NEED to edit something....

so can someone that can help PM me .....It is really very important...

Make sure you are logged in, then open up the thread witht he post in it, and at the bottom right of the post there should be a little icon that says "edit" click it then edit away.

That will only work if BigRay was the author. I'm guessing that he wants to edit something in someone else's post, is that right BigRay?

You can't edit anything in someone else's post, but using the "edit" link in the bottom of your message's window you can certainly edit your own post. Once it is edited a notice will automatically be added to the message stating that it was edited and when.

It depends on how old it is. The edit button goes away with time.

Ahhhh....I did not know that.
Though the question of why bothering to go and change ancient posts comes to mind.
Just quote the old text and write 'whoops' followed by an amendment

Bingo.Its my post. It isnt anything really bad..but I was bragging about a retailer who wishes to remain low key.

Is Dragon the only one who can fix this?
