firebox pops

I'm using a Presonus Firebox on a Sony Laptop with a Pentium 4 1.62 gHz with 448 mb of ram. When I record, it sounds great except there's a pop in the recording. It's on every track in the same spot. It's almost like it's skipping slightly. What can i Do to fix this?
