Cracking noises VST in Cubase with Creative Audigy 2 ZS card
Hi all,
I'm putting a rhythm section with MIDI, but having cracking noises problem in Cubase... I think the problem is because Creative Audigy 2 ZS only support 48,000 Hz while most of the VST samples are 44,100... Is there any work-around or solutions to this problem beside buying a new card (I will buy the EMU 1616 soon, but no $$$ left now after all the gear purchases)??? Thank you all, Kenny. |

Which version of Cubase do you have? Is it legal? I only ask because cracked versions don't work like legit ones do. If your card supports 48, then it should be able to do 44.1 just fine. I think your problem is that your soundcard is by no means a recording souncard; it is great for games, but sucks for recording. You're on the right track with getting a new soundcard.
