using Fruity Loops in cubase

I did this the fisrt day I got cubase. but I did it by accident and haven't figured out how to do it again. Can anybody tell me how I can hopen up Fruity Loops to run as a plugin or to run within Cubase? I'm just stupid and can't seem to figure it out. Thanks
