Unhappy Music Creator Pro - Mouse clicking in the track?

All of the sudden, Music Creator Pro 2 is not letting me click anywhere I want along the track. It now rounds up or down to the nearest measure. I'm about to go crazy trying to figure this one out. I haven't changed any settings and yet it has changed the way I'm able to click within the track. This really handicaps my editing capabilities. Please help!

Thanks

If it is anything like Sonar, you probably have the snap-to grid enabled. This causes the cursor to snap-to a specific position, which can be set through the grid tool - quarter notes, half notes, full notes, etc.

Just turn it off. In Sonar it is an icon at the top of the track view that looks like graph paper.

It is handy though, when you want to do something at a specific point - say split a track exactly at a full measure.

Smile

That fixed it! Apparently, I DID accidentally click on it, which turned it on. Thank you SOOOO much! I'm now able to snap out of my depression!

Take care!
