Output issue with Cubasis 3.7

Output issue with Cubasis 3.7

Hi,
I've been having some issues with switching output from the internal soundcard of the computer to my Echo Mia on cubasis 3.7.
The software will only give me the choice of the internal soundcard.
Is there a way to change that ? Should I disable it so Cubasis only "sees" one option ?

Also, Does this version of Cubasis supports VSTi ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
