MD441 manual?

I just aquired a Sennheiser MD441-U. It didn't have a manual and an online search has not yielded any results.

Does anyone know of a manual I can download, or is anyone willing to make me a copy? I'd like to know what the two switches do in detail.

I just started using this and like the sound, very useful. However on the two steepest bass roll off positions, I'm getting a lot of hum around 180. Anyone else find this?
