Event Electronics Monitors?? Where?

I am almost frantic to find a place less than 500 miles from Omaha that has a pair of new Event TR8XL monitors I can listen to. I am shopping for monitors, and Event is highly regarded among my buddies, but I wont buy them without hearing them first, and I cant find anyone who has them.

Any clues?? Some place in Omaha would be ideal!

I bit the bullet and bought my ASP8's sound unheard online from jrrshop.com. Excellent service and the Events are fantastic!

I just know the Events would sound great, but I cant.......I won't......buy a speaker of any kind without being able to hear it first. The TR8XL is very tempting, though...... but I've even called Event Electronics and they told me to just buy the 20/20 and fuggetaboutit.

That is the main reason why I wont buy their monitor without hearing it first.

I'm not sure where to send you to listen, but I was set on Event monitors till I heard DynAudio.

Just a thought...

Would Event allow you to return them if purchased directly from them? most companies will give you some time and only ask you to pay return shipping
