Pre Choice

Let's say you had $4,000 to purchase at least 2 pre-amps.
The genre of recorded vocals, and vocals only will be rap, and r&b.

What would you choose?

The Phoenix DRS stuff is incredible. The new ADL600 is a big open pre that kills. I don't think you need to blow $4,000 on a preamp but to each their own.

http://www.electronaut.info/ (he can customize these with whatever transformers you want..i am DEFINITELY getting one)

http://www.dwfearn.com/

http://www.rupertneve.com/portico5012.html

the electronaut is 1800, the portico is about 1400, and the fearn is 3 something.
