Built the stand...

OK so ya'll recommended that I have the monitors centered in the room so I built this stand and shifted everything over. I still have to paint the stand etc. but it turned out pretty good. Looks a little ugly right now but ey...

The room also looks REALLY small in thsi picture... I mean it is small but this picture makes it look like 6 feet wide... haha...

Whata ya think? Slowly its coming together...

DREAMLABS is on a distinguished road
Okay.....let's see here......replace the CRT's with LCD's.....uh.....get yourself a lava lamp......uh......throw up some foam over those pseudo-sixties colors....uh....the lighting is a little retro too.....uh.....and as for the stands, you can either paint them or cover them in the "old reliable" black-grey speaker cloth material!

After all you're ThaArtist....right?

Lavalamps? lol... and your saying my shit looks 60's ? my shit looks modern! well... somewhat... lavalamps are 60's... whats with people in here and lava lamps anyways... They are not THAT cool? lol... to me thats like them physcadellic type posters that cool if your on acid...

Also the CRT's... yeah when i JUST bought these, I thought of getting LCD's but I'm a designer and CRT's just work better for me... You dont get diff colors with differnet views... Also LCD's are expensive as hell... lol...

Actually though I've gotten quite used to LCD's for designing since I use one the majority of the time and have been for the past two years mainly... dangit...

Once I move from here and can dedicate a better room to just recording ill probably get LCD's for recording but right now this computer also is my design computer...

Foam is coming soon enough as well lol... Just trying to figure out color and where exactly to place it along with 703 panels... the fabric i choose for the panels will help the rooms look a lot too... plus pictures Hey what about pictures?

Frammed pictures with glass are probably a bad idea with sound reflection right?
