OK
That's my question. I play drums want to record myself and some friends... Is the Roland that much of a pain to use? Is the Akai DPS 16 much easier to use? I plan on purchasing a Mackie 1402 Two Rode NT-1's an SM-57 and an AT 25 for mics... I've recorded for years just never with a digital studio! All opinions appreciated. Many thanks in advance, JBFdrums [Edited by JBFdrums on 10-23-2000 at 11:41] |

no contest. the akai. why would you want 8 tracks when you could have 16?
and an easier to use unit with better sound.... i'd take the dps16 over the 1880 in fact, i did. |
