Do I have to buy a zip disk drive?

I want to hook my 1680 up to my computer. I have Audiophile 2496 installed on my system. I have Fruity Loops, Ableton, and Cool Edit programs. I also have a Yamaha MG10/2. Is it anything I can cook up with this recipe?
