Editing audio with Cubase LE

Hello to all,

I am wondering if someone can give me a little insight on something. I am looking into purchasing a Tascam US-122, and I have been reading up on Cubase LE that comes with it.

I was wondering, in Cubase LE, it talks about being able to edit MIDI tracks, but can you edit regular recorded audio tracks (guitar, etc.)? Like within the program Audacity, you can cut, copy, paste, change pitch, etc. for the tracks.
