Are the Jay Turser hollowbody's worth looking at? I haven't seen/played them in person, but I noticed them on the web. The prices look real nice, and they look good in the pictures.

Anyone have any experience/comments with them? I did a search and did come up with two positive comments - but no details.

Thanks, Rick (Fusion)

Tweedville is on a distinguished road
I've seen a few Tursers, some on trade at the store I work at.We got some of the "335" style guitars in that we sold for around $250.00 to $275.00........they sounded pretty good for what they cost, and seemed to be built fairly ok...a new set of pickups wouldn't hurt, but for an inexpensive entry into hollowbody tone,it is a good bargain.Of course, with all "copy" companies you get more asthetic authenticity than tone-----stay away from the Rickenbacker and PRS Tursers!
