Which one would be a better power conditoner...

there around $50 each..

just need to plug 2 rack units into it..

is it ok to plug a mixer into this???

They are about the same, the Powerwerks has a couple outlets set up to take wall warts, a plus in my book. It also has an unswitched outlet, also handy.

Be aware, these units do nothing to clean up AC or regulate voltage, they are essentially just rackmounted power strips with some surge protection and basic RF/EMI filtering.
