Post Anyone know how to imbed authoring info onto CDs?

I have completed a set of tracks that I will be making into a completed CD, and know I need to proccess each track so that when it is opened by a CD player, or Media Player on a computer, it will have the CD Name, Song Name, Copyright 2006, etc... showing for the user to see. I see this info displayed whenever I open other people's published CDs in WMP, Real Audio, etc... But I have NO idea how they did it, or even what the proccess of doing it is called! ANY help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Samos12. :-)

P.S. The program I use for waveform editing is Magix Music Studio. I haven't figured out how or if I can do it with this program yet. I definitely don't want to spend a bunch of money on "another" computer program [if I can avoid it] just for doing this one task. Thanks a ton! :-)

The program you use for burning CDs does this. Something like Nero can do this, WMP probably.

Nero doesn't do this...

Actually, it does not! I've tried this, and but just because you fill out those blank sections with text, does NOT mean that it will be read by WMP and other programs. I need to have a CD that is formatted just like ANY normal manufactured silver CD. Thanks! :-)

You need to submit the info to the CDDB, www.gracenote.com I believe you can submit to the CDDB via iTunes. However, Windows Media Player does not use the CDDB. They use their own database, but you can submit it to Windows through Windows Media Player.

I believe this is where Windows Media Player gets its info from:
