Has anyone ever heard of this company? I did a search on the internet and couldn't come up with anything. I'm actually interested in one of their basses (12 string).

Jkinsey is on a distinguished road
Galveston importer

I've been researching Galveston becuase I am considering purchasing one of
their lucite guitar (you see them on ebay). They are made in Korea under
a house name of Silverstar. The american importer from what I found on the web is:
V.J. Rendano
7152 Market St., Route 7
Boardman, OH 44512
Phone: 330-758-0881
Fax: 330-758-1096
Toll Free: 800-321-4048
vjrendano@aol.com

Reviews of other models (wooden strat and Les Paul knock offs) are at some
sites if you search for them. Most say they good starter guitars, but need
some finishing (fret edges need to be dressed) anb maybe upgraded tuners
or pickup to improve them. Like I say I'm considering getting one of the
lucite models, I'm just waiting to get my Hagstrom back from being referbed.
