Is this correct? Yamaha MG 12/4 and AP 2496 setup

I just bought a Yamaha MG12/4 and I'm reading the manual and reviewing my current equipment. I'm deciding how to interconnect the pieces and I'm also figuring out what cables I'm going to need to purchase or build. I used this tweakheadz guide as well as Ethan's article, but the naming convention for the Mackie mixers and the Yamaha's are slightly different. Using the attached diagram, is this the correct way to connect the following equipment?

I also have a Neutrik NYS-SPP-L patchbay that I'll be connecting a dbx 266XL and a Behringer (yeah, yeah) DEQ-2496 into. How then would I connect the MG12/4's AUX 1 or 2 to the patchbay? The MG12/4 has single balanced, 1/4" AUX1 and AUX2 sends, but only one set (L and R) of unbalanced, 1/4" return jacks.

I'm guessing the roland, korg, and Isolation box are generating a source signal. If so, looks good, though I'd probably want the monitor cables coming directly from the DAW out to the monitors, depending on the sound card.
