Unhappy recovering tracks in sonar

Hi,
I just spent two and a half hours recording audio in to Sonar when all of a sudden with out warning it closed. Of course I didn't have autosave on. However, the wave files are still in my audio folder. Is there a way of recovering these tracks so I don't have to re-record them?

Best you can do is to create a new project and import the audio clips into the new project and try and line them up.

I'm not aware of Sonar having the function which you are after.

Hope that helps!

Just remember Ctrl->S doesn't take much time :-) But we all forget sometimes.

Yeah, I'm usually a mad man when it comes to hitting control-s, but as luck would have it, this is one time I didn't. Where am I missing it. I can't seem to find import clips
