the GT ViPRE is black.... but would we consider that void of color, or containing all color?!?! Do we define the sumary color of a pre on the additive system of reflected light wavelengths, or the subtractative system of mixing paint pigments?

To really put a lot of jizz on the sound I'd suggest either the Vintech Dual 72 or maybe the Sebatron one or two channel mic pre.

yes Steven i have the sebatron and it has really made my electrics sound alot better...I like to run my guitars direct ..Does anybody use the Vintech 1272 and run guitars direct into it?
