B1 or B3 - Vocal/Acoustic Guitar

Which would be better for recording louder vocals and louder acoustic guitar? The Studio Projects B1 or the B3?

Also, overall, which would you say to be most versatile in the long run? And if these mics arent right for the job, which ones are?

Heres an example of how loud it may get. I also may have a little deeper singing, those notes are high.

Example (Bad quality, I know. Song isnt very harsh at beginning, chorus is louder.)
