Line 6 pod ver 2.0
Greeting all. THis is my first time here...Great site. I have a question. I have a line 6 pod and i hook it to my shound card (Sound Blaster live!) and when i use the sound driver (line6 software) it says "No new device found please check midi cable and device" My midi cable it's brand new. Is there a special setting on the pod or on the sound card configuration ?

May be a stupid question, but is your Pod output set to studio direct?

What kind of cable are you using? You'll need a joystick to MIDI adapter then a set of 2 MIDI cables for in and out. I'm guessing maybe you have it just hooked up with the 1/4"outputs to the 1/8" input of the SB. maybe.
