Hi. I've been lurking here for a while and have enjoyed a lot of you guys music, I'm just not much of a poster I guess. Anyway, my friend and I have just starting writing songs again after an 9 month break (drug problem). These are just quick and rough demos we have done, just to see what the songs are like. I really would like some opinions on the songs themselves and not really the recording, I hope that is ok. Any feedback is appretiated. Thanks.

I could only listen to Song 1, but thought it was really effective. Simple but effective melodies and harmonies. Ah ha, Song 2 has just kicked in....very similar to the first one. But I'm liking this in places, too. Nice chord changes. Yep, this is pretty cool. Like the voice. Acheing for some bass and fuller arrangements, but I'm sure you're working on that. Nice.
