Could someone please give a listen

I have posted some of my songs on Soundclick (see address below in my signature). I would appreciate anyone taking the time to give a listen and let me know what you think. Thanks in advance for your time.

dastig is on a distinguished road
i'm not sure if you're looking for general feedback or anything, but to me your music sounds like those 80s synth demos. If that's the sound you're going for, great, but i think there's room for a lot more "life", maybe use less strict quantization, and less cheesy sounds. But then again, I have no idea what you are going for, it's just that I tend to work with live music. I like your music, some of it is actually quite nostalgic, reminds me of old computer game music.

Big kudos on the nice, smooth production and arrangement.

dastig -

Thanks for taking the time to check them out. I really appreciate your comments and I would love to get better sound out of my equipment. However, at the time, all I had to record on was a Casio and Cakeworks Pro. I fell out out interest with recording until I recently dug out some of these recordings and gave another listen. I have been re-bit by the recording bug and I hope to purchase some more sophisticated equipment to use, i.e., Roland X-6, Cubase SX & WaveLabs, a good recording mic, etc. I hope this equipment will not only improve my skills just by the updated technology, but also push and inspire me to produce better sounds. Thanks again for your time.
