MIDI newbie - MIDI FAQ?

Hello,

I have a Presonus Firepod and I'm using it with Sonar 2.0. I want to do some drum tracks using MIDI, but I'm a total newbie when it comes to MIDI. Is there a MIDI FAQ that you can point me to?

There's a forum here that's allllll about midi and the wonderful stuff it can do...
