How can I play my 488 MKII recordings on a 424 MKIII
I have a 488 MK II (8 track)that I put a Bass track on channel 3. My friend has a 424 MK III (4 track) but can't hear what I've recorded. Any Ideas on what channels I should be useing so that he can hear it to add his tracks? I'm think it is a problem with the tracks I record on don't correspond to the tracks he uses.
Thanks, Neil |

The two aren't compatable, at all.

I was afraid of that. Thanks Jason, I'll burn my tracks to CD then he can play it and record it to whatever track he wants.
Thanks, Neil |
