Cool DP-01 FX question?

I recently purchased the DP-01FX- my first multi-track recorder. Fairly intuitive and easy to use.
Does any body know if it is possible to assign/edit effects to a track already recorded.
i.e. I lay down a lead guitar track over a chord progression, now can I experiment with changing the sound using the "multi effects.?"

No, you can only use the built-in effects during tracking, not after the fact (except for reverb).
