yo, i'm definitely down fam, i just have to get settled into the new apartment. i have to feel my neighbors out also. the walls seem kind of thin in the new place.

Man apartments suck because you have to do that (feel out the neighbors). I'm in a duplex and me and my neighbors have an understanding. Duiring the day it's cool to do whatever after 8ish or 9ish. At nights, I can lay vocals down and record. I usually make my beats on headphones and my laptop and then transfer it to the PC and mix it down.

But we can't forget the woman and the kid. Can't be doing vocals late at night when they're sleeping. Man I can't wait until I have a basement instead of the 3rd bedroom situation.

but everytime i want to record it seems like the landscapers are mowing the lawns.

Luckily, I can mix down my beats on a particular set of headphones I know very well. If I don't have those, screw it. I wouldn't dare mix vocals with those though.
