CD distribution, cost to the store
How do distribution deals work for a record store? What I mean is, what are the minimums that a record store needs to order from a distributor? How does a store establish an account with a distributor? How much do CD's cost in relation to retail?
I'm rather thinking of opening a store, curious if anyone has any of this information. My trustee google hasn't helped me thus far.
