korg d1200 file system

does anyone know what file system the korg d1200 uses? i want to pull the .wav files directly from the hard drive as the unit itself is currently in need of repair. i was tried connecting the hard to both mac and pc, but neither platform recognizes the formatting of the drive, although the drive itself is recognised.
