N-track HELP

I just downloaded the trial version of n-tracks because I was having problems with Mixcraft. But the program keeps locking up, I keep getting windows error box. Telling n-tracks needs to restart and asking to send report error to microsoft.
Hopefully someone can understand what I am talking about.

When I tried N-Track I hated it. Then I switched to Sonar and lived happily ever after.
