my 308 needs cleaning...

there is intermitent noise on some of the faders of my m-308...

other than mineral water alcohol, and q-tips, what else should I consider?

Caig products...www.caig.com....makes some excellent products for cleaing and lubricating linear faders and rotatry cotrols. The Cailube MCL is a good product, and recommended for the faders. If they are especially nasty, one on the appropriate Caikleen products, like Caikleen NF would help flush them out. Go easy with this stuff, and works the faders while cleaning.
Make sure the power is off

Everything works... yay...

I left my 308 on for a couple of hours, and now the noise is gone... or at least it hasn't come back.
