Help !!!!! I Can't Take It

hi,

i use sonar producer 4 and i can't get it to record from my keyboard. i'm using an m-audio usb midi cable. i've gone thru and set up everything as far as the program but still have nothing recording. please help!!

Go to the MAudio web site and download the latest drivers - as a rule this is always a good place to start.

Then follow the instructions to the letter that came with your MAudio keyboard. In the midi input menu of Sonar you should find a listing for your keyboard after you do this - be sure it's the selected input and you should be all set.

Have You Enabled The AUDIO Record Function On Your Sound Card

well that didn't work

i already had the drivers that came with the cables and i set up everything in the software and still no go.

do you think it might be my soundcard???
i never changed it..... i still have the factory card that came with the pc.
