Lightbulb Rockwool worked great :)

So I finally went with 20 square meters of 4,5cm thick rockwool panels (rockstud 204 actually) because i've been searching for a while and it was cheap (45 euros for 20 square meters is pretty cheap in my book). However, it's not that strong. It breaks easily and tears when bend, to I have to pack it up real carefully. I've got more than enough though, so that shouldn't be a problem. I've made a wooden grid and hung it on the ceiling, on which the rockwool clouds (wrapped in regular white bed sheets) lay, with about 4cm of space above it). I've only got half of that done and I can already tell a big improvement. I still need to make panels of the walls but I've got about 24 panels of rockwool and only used 6 so far (and the sealing is the by far the biggest flat, reflective area in the room).

So, a big OK on the rockwool stuff. Good thing is it's available at pretty much any store that carries rockwool products. I've also looked at URSA 34, which is advertised as beeing a "riggid" or "sturdy" glasswool plate, but I've seen it and touched it and it's no where near riggid or sturdy (much weaker than the rockstud 204 even), plus, the glasswool seemed really nasty to handle compared to the rockwool (which is more like somewhat itchy wadding).
