Sonic Foundry

I use the program but it seems when I export the video the video I end up coming up with is a little delayed and choppy. any tips? Ok time to watch Rock Star on tivo...my sister already told me that Ty got booted...bleh...big mouth!

Oh sorry...

Sonic Foundry...I wanted to compress my INXS videos so I can put it all on one tape.....but I dont know the best way to do it without making it choppy. Let me know. I hear there is two more weeks of the show...so I'll be getting started on it really soon.
