can someone review this for me?

I had this posted in another thread, but I thought I might be better off just posting it by itself.

I think I'm going to order the mineral wool panels from insulationworld.com. I'm figuring six 4" panels and sixteen 1.5" panels.

1.5" thick panels would be enough for the upper frequencies, yes? Half of the walls will be concrete.

This is a basic drawing of the layout of my rooms. (The rooms I will be using once I move into the space.)

I want to order this before the end of the week so that hopefully it will come before I head off to college for the semester.
But I don't want to spend money on this if there's something I should be watching out for.
