software that runs voxengo span

what software will run the voxengo span plug-in? are there any good free programmes that run it?

Any VST compatible sequencer. Cubase SE is not free but it's not expensive and is a great way to start.

n-Track is also very cheap. I believe $50 for the 16-bit verison.
