Huge Achievement In Mixdown
For anyone who thinks there isn't incredible information and advice on this forum, they are out of their freakin minds ....
In the past week or so, I've been reading and asking question and putting the info into application. I stopped using my headphones for my mixdowns and I remembered a very important comment suggesting you get back what you put in. Also, I was saying that i was monitoring my mixes from CuBase but actually as I began to look at my setup i.e. Board>Delta-66>Cubase, I noticed that in the loop before it went to my monitors it was going back into my board then out to the freakin monitors. So here I am adjusting and re-adjusting because I'm hearing crap amplified and processed from the board settings combined with what I've done in Cubase. Hey, like I said before, I'm a musician 95% engineer 5%. But I gotta tell all of you that have offered assistance to me and others, that 5% just took a jump up thanks to you and I greatly appreciate it. |
