Powering multiple units

I recently purchased a modular rackmount unit with several effects units in it. Each unit requires its own wall wart adaptor to power it. However, I only have one included with it (I got the unit used), and don't really have the money nor the real estate to facilitate having seven wall warts. The units all have the same power requirements (there are three identical reverb units and four identical delay units). They require 15v, and the power adaptor I have puts out 15v and 600 mA.

What I'm wondering is if I could use a daisy chain cable like the ones found at pedalboard.net to power all of the cables (I'm making the assumption that the plugs are the same size). Since I know that the adapter I have is appropriate for one unit, as far as I can tell the only concern is not exceeding the 600 mA that the adaptor puts out. Would this be correct? Or is there something else I need to take into account?

Also, I don't not have manuals or spec sheets for the units (but am working on tracking them down), but would it be reasonable to assume that these effects won't draw more than 85 mA apiece (provided I wanted to use all seven units at once, 7 x 85 = 595 mA, just shy of the adaptor's 600 ma)? The units aren't really much different than your average stompbox aside from the fact that they're modular and rackmounted. There are no LCD screens or MIDI or anything like that. Looking at the manual for the Boss DD-3, I see the draw for that is 45-65mA, so do you think this would be similar?
