Hey guys has any1 had the problem or know how to fix the problem? Im in sonar 3 (i got the Mic hooked directly into the sound card) i click record and the level guage goes up to 30 for about 3 seconds making a blowing noise then stops and everything is quite, in this time i can record the mic works properly and that just the first couple of seconds of recording are filled with a noise in the background like air?

Cutting and pasting a post from 5 hours ago isn't kosher.
And you are lacking some kind of preamping - either a mixing board or a dedicated preamp - for your microphone. |

The only reason i botherd doing that was because i thought no1 was reading the post because the heading was sonar 3 and not really relating to the problem.
but thanx for ya help anyway. |
