Pinch rollers
I see a slight white deposit on my cassette deck's pinch rollers.
Should I stop cleaning them with alcohol and use a rubber cleaner? If so, any specific rubber cleaner? |

Yeah, I don't think alcohol is good for rubber products.
This site has been brought up by the Cave Pope and he stands by it... www.caig.com Caikleen RBR has been suggested as a cleaner/restorator. I have a bottle but haven't used it yet (machine is still at the tech for calibration) but I'll let you know what I think when I do. Or just take a chance and order some. It seems to be highly recommended by some of the analog crowd here.
