I have a Mackie CR1604vlz mixer and I am getting a bunch of line noise. All of my cables are balanced. Most of the noise is coming through the lines I have connected to my computers delta 66 soundcard but I am getting some noise from some of the other channels as well. Any recommendations on eliminating this? thanks, James

If you have equipment plugged into different electrical outlets you might have a ground loop. If possible, just make sure everything is plugged into the same outlet (via a power strip) so as to achieve a "star" ground.

You can try the Ebtech Hum Eliminator - passive audio isolation unit - works very well in many ground-loop situations.
