How to midi Roland sp808ex/M Audio Uno/Cubase SX on PC?

I havent a clue on how to midi my roland e mix studio sp808ex to my computer to use on Cubase SX. I have a midi to USB interface made by M Audio called Uno, i installed the drivers for that and it appears to function, but i dont know how to get Cubase and my Roland to sync and play at the same time at all..........What am i supposed to do????

I also have the 808ex... i'd like to use it w/ Reason 3.0. I wanna know what exactly can be used to control with the 808ex. The pads? the faders? the knobs?

Here is a link to a free piece of software called MidiOx. Download it and install it on your computer. Then hook up your 808ex midi out to the midi in of your interface and press a pad. If you see it registering in MidiOx that means you are in business, because your SP808ex transmits --- as well as receives --- midi.
